Romney Wins “Ohio” while Santorum Swept Ohio Republicans
This is what happens in RINOcrat-operated State primaries. Nothing unusual or unpredictable here.
. . .
Democrats had no Primary contest to speak-of in most districts; Anyone with ID could simply request a “Republican” ballot and fire away.
Santorum won handily in conservative & libertarian Republican districts and won strongly amongst Republicans. Romney won in reliably Statist districts… with the assistance of cross-voters. Newt was frozen out of County wins and took no delegates.
So much for “telegenicity theory” – that “presidential good looks” count. The Suit-Rack that Walked Like a Man actually lost amongst Republicans.
Bottom line: The net effect was a 1% squeaker for Romney, a very poor showing for a supposed “Conservative.” Mitt’s liberal-backed 38% versus Santorum’s 37% (at 96% of the pols reported) rather indicates serious trouble in the Republican camp.
. . .
UPDATE: “Libertarian” Cliff Thies has thoughts here. Ohio is a “Big Prize” apparently.
