Retro Rule Five: Luis Ricardo Falero’s Moonlit Beauties

Question: What is shared in common by 19th century artists Guillaume Adolphe Bouguereau, Antony Troncet, Jean-Léon Gérôme, John William Godward, Guillaume Seignac and Edward John Poynter?

Answer: Unlike many of today’s artists and creative art directors, these men liked women… full, curved, feminine beauty. They weren’t alone: One of the most interesting of the day was Luis Ricardo Falero, presented below. Si Vis Pacem will feature these and other artists in future Retro Rule Five offerings.

Right… and Bob – a guy who clearly loves gals with curves.

[Update: Vintage Bob Rule 5 here! – Ed.]

Without further adieu, we welcome the arrival Luis Ricardo Falero’s Moonlit Beauties.
