For that matter, one can’t be sure that Obama will remain through his term either. The breadth and depth of impeachable and triable crimes by this Administration is breathtaking. True, one must never ascribe to malice that which was done by sheer ineptitude. The problem is that under the present Occupier in Chief, actions that clearly apply to both categories are hard to number for the sheer volume.

What if? There are many with plausibility if not probability. Let’s see….
Be prepared to see a Republican v Biden general election this year. Be prepared, too, to see ethics charges brought-up by Congress against President Biden for his blanket pardons of Holder, Geithner and Obama.

I’m encouraged, as always, by your optimism when it comes to Holder. Nice to hear it confirmed by the Professor, as well. HOWEVER, nothing will happen with this Senate, IMO. Although, I heard a snippet of Judge Napolitano on with Bill Hemmer this morning, unfortunately didn’t get exact quotes. He listed several things that can happen directly to Holder IF he is charged with Congressional Contempt of Court – one of which is jail time.

I’m hoping to find that on video, but being overtly pessimistic on today’s GOP, a successful Conservative effort to oust an Attorney General isn’t in my realm of thinking, although there are those like Issa and Grassley who deserve our gratitude for their persistence.

Hoping you are right and I am wrong.

I, too. The word is getting out, whether or not the stenos at Big Media print it.

I expect a lot of “organized occupation” and, er, “street demonstrations” as the season warms up. The Demos have started trouble they won’t be able to control.

Holder is Obama’s biggest liability, as such he’s one of our best assets. For G-d’s sake muffle the call’s for resignation. He’s best left in place to serve as massive anchor to lash to the Obama’s electoral ankles come the Fall.

      I hear it.

Thing is, if Holder knows he has to take a hit – will he plead “yust follovingk oh-doez!” That would be priceless.

But the unasked question is – how much damage are these people going to do in the mean time? That’s what worries me.

Good question. And should the next Congress continue with investigations even after Holder is out, will such investigations be labelled “third-world scapegoating” or “punishing political enemies?”
