If got didn’t want to eat animals, he wouldn’t have made them taste like meat. 🙂
It ain’t like hunting in the catskills where 80 years is a long shot. If someone is up to it, 1000 yards wouldn’t be a big deal. Its that open.
I made some pot roast with the venison last night. Not bad. I like whitetail better though, especially if they’ve ben eating the farmers corn. 🙂
I’ve never eaten mulie. I hear they taste like sage.
Sagebrush. I made pot roast with some and one small section had a sagebrush taste. All in all, Whitetail is better, but moose is better than both. Elk is supposed to be good too.
